Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR34 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR34 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher GPR34 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR34 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRP, SKCM, and STAD are the cancer types where GPR34 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
