GPR34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,630 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR34-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX3, RNA5SP158, and TOMM22P5. Each is linked with GPR34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR34-to-partner and partner-to-GPR34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX3 grouped by GPR34-low versus GPR34-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR34→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
