Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR34-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPZA3. Each is linked with GPR34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR34-to-partner and partner-to-GPR34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAPZA3 grouped by GPR34-low versus GPR34-high in SKIN.
