GPR32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 861 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are PVR, TGIF2LX, and KRTAP10-6. Each is linked with GPR32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR32-to-partner and partner-to-GPR32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PVR grouped by GPR32-low versus GPR32-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR32→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
