GPR32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,577 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPPL2C, MYH4, and LRIT1. Each is linked with GPR32 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR32-to-partner and partner-to-GPR32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR32 versus SPPL2C in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR32→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
