GPR32

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR32-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXF5, OPRM1, and COL6A5. Each is linked with GPR32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR32-to-partner and partner-to-GPR32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXF5 grouped by GPR32-low versus GPR32-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR32→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
