GPR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,015 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDC1, CIB1, and DENND2D. Each is linked with GPR3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR3-to-partner and partner-to-GPR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR3 versus MDC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
