GPR3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rictor_pT1135, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with GPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR3-to-partner and partner-to-GPR3 results are reported.
