Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, OR10T2, and OR10R2. Each is linked with GPR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR3-to-partner and partner-to-GPR3 results are reported.
