GPR25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR25 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR25-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, Adipocytes, and DC. Each is linked with GPR25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR25-to-partner and partner-to-GPR25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by GPR25-low versus GPR25-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR25→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
