GPR22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR22 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR22-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with GPR22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR22-to-partner and partner-to-GPR22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR grouped by GPR22-low versus GPR22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR22→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
