GPR21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,428 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, ANTXR1, and FHL3. Each is linked with GPR21 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR21-to-partner and partner-to-GPR21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR21→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
