Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR20 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR20 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GPR20 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR20 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, GBM, and PRAD are the cancer types where GPR20 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
