GPR183

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR183 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR183-associated genes across cancer lineages are MATK, MED28P4, and SLCO1B3. Each is linked with GPR183 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR183-to-partner and partner-to-GPR183 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MATK grouped by GPR183-low versus GPR183-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR183→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR183) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
