GPR182

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,783 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR182-associated genes across cancer lineages are KMT2D, ZBTB39, and KLHL11. Each is linked with GPR182 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR182-to-partner and partner-to-GPR182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR182 versus KMT2D in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR182→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
