Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR180 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR180 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GPR180 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR180 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where GPR180 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
