Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR180 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR180-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GPR180 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR180-to-partner and partner-to-GPR180 results are reported.
