GPR18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPNT2P, RNU1-1, and MIR5695. Each is linked with GPR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR18-to-partner and partner-to-GPR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPNT2P grouped by GPR18-low versus GPR18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
