GPR18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR18 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with GPR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR18-to-partner and partner-to-GPR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by GPR18-low versus GPR18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
