GPR18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, GSG1L2, and UBE2QL1. Each is linked with GPR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR18-to-partner and partner-to-GPR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by GPR18-low versus GPR18-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
