GPR162

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR162 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR162-associated genes across cancer lineages are NQO2-AS1, MRPS5P3, and CHAF1B. Each is linked with GPR162 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR162-to-partner and partner-to-GPR162 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NQO2-AS1 grouped by GPR162-low versus GPR162-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR162→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR162) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
