Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR162 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,715 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR162-associated genes across cancer lineages are DLG4, P3H3, and REEP2. Each is linked with GPR162 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR162-to-partner and partner-to-GPR162 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR162 versus DLG4 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR162→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR162) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
