GPR158

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR158 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,143 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR158-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-containing complex disassembly, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with GPR158 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR158-to-partner and partner-to-GPR158 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein-containing complex disassembly grouped by GPR158-low versus GPR158-high in UCS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR158→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
