GPR158

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR158 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,021 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR158-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLBP, SNRPD1, and RAD51. Each is linked with GPR158 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR158-to-partner and partner-to-GPR158 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLBP grouped by GPR158-low versus GPR158-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR158→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
