Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR158 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,991 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR158-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with GPR158 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR158-to-partner and partner-to-GPR158 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by GPR158-low versus GPR158-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
