Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR157 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR157 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher GPR157 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR157 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where GPR157 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
