Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR153 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR153 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher GPR153 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR153 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
GBM, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where GPR153 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
