The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher GPR152 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR152 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and COAD show a favorable association.
BLCA, ESCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where GPR152 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
