GPR151

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR151 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR151-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with GPR151 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR151-to-partner and partner-to-GPR151 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by GPR151-low versus GPR151-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR151→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR151) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
