GPR15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR15-associated genes across cancer lineages are HADHBP1, NDUFA5P5, and RNU6-896P. Each is linked with GPR15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR15-to-partner and partner-to-GPR15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HADHBP1 grouped by GPR15-low versus GPR15-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR15→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
