Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 904 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of adaptive immune response, Regulation of adaptive immune response based on somatic recombination of immune receptors built from immunoglobulin superfamily domains, and Regulation of programmed necrotic cell death. Each is linked with GPR15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR15-to-partner and partner-to-GPR15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of adaptive immune response grouped by GPR15-low versus GPR15-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
