Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR139 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR139 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher GPR139 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR139 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and SKCM show a favorable association.
SCLC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where GPR139 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
