GPR139

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR139 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,063 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR139-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR519D, ZNF970P, and LINC02488. Each is linked with GPR139 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR139-to-partner and partner-to-GPR139 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR139 versus MIR519D in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR139→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR139) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
