Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR139 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,347 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GPR139-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEFH, RASD2, and SYNGR1. Each is linked with GPR139 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR139-to-partner and partner-to-GPR139 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR139 versus NEFH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
