Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR139 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR139-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD2, FANCG, and CCDC47. Each is linked with GPR139 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR139-to-partner and partner-to-GPR139 results are reported.
