GPR139

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR139 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR139-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTB1, ASPN, and TBR1. Each is linked with GPR139 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR139-to-partner and partner-to-GPR139 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTB1 grouped by GPR139-low versus GPR139-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR139→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR139) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
