The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GPR137B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR137B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where GPR137B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
