The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher GPR137B mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR137B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC and GBM are the cancer types where GPR137B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
