GPR137

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR137 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,155 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR137-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Alpha-linolenic acid metabolic process, Axoneme assembly, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with GPR137 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR137-to-partner and partner-to-GPR137 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Alpha-linolenic acid metabolic process grouped by GPR137-low versus GPR137-high in LAML.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR137→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR137) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
