GPR137

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR137 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,035 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR137-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTMT1, PAPLN, and TOR1A. Each is linked with GPR137 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR137-to-partner and partner-to-GPR137 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NTMT1 grouped by GPR137-low versus GPR137-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR137→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR137) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
