Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR132 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR132 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher GPR132 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR132 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where GPR132 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
