GPR12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Cyclin-E2, and EGFR. Each is linked with GPR12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR12-to-partner and partner-to-GPR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by GPR12-low versus GPR12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
