GPR12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GPR12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 465 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of ossification, Immune response-activating cell surface receptor signaling pathway, and Epithelial cell migration. Each is linked with GPR12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR12-to-partner and partner-to-GPR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of ossification grouped by GPR12-low versus GPR12-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
