Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR119 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR119 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher GPR119 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR119 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and PRAD are the cancer types where GPR119 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
