Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPR107 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPR107 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher GPR107 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPR107 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where GPR107 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
