GPR107

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR107 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR107-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, FUBP3, and TRAF2. Each is linked with GPR107 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR107-to-partner and partner-to-GPR107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GPR107 versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR107→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
