GPR107

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPR107 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPR107-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with GPR107 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPR107-to-partner and partner-to-GPR107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by GPR107-low versus GPR107-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPR107→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPR107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
