GPN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 96 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-618P, CRYGGP, and RNA5SP223. Each is linked with GPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPN2-to-partner and partner-to-GPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-618P grouped by GPN2-low versus GPN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
