Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GPN1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GPN1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GPN1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GPN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where GPN1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
