GPN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GPN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC4A1AP, CAD, and UTP4. Each is linked with GPN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GPN1-to-partner and partner-to-GPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
